- Assign events to the Event Planning team for effective execution
- Oversee all function spaces and group room allocations
- Lead training on departmental emergency procedures
- Proactively address potential service challenges before events
- Manage budgets to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years’ experience in event management
- 2-year degree in Hospitality or related field; 2 years’ relevant experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability in customer service and conflict resolution
