  • Assign events to the Event Planning team for effective execution
  • Oversee all function spaces and group room allocations
  • Lead training on departmental emergency procedures
  • Proactively address potential service challenges before events
  • Manage budgets to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED; 4 years’ experience in event management
  • 2-year degree in Hospitality or related field; 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proven ability in customer service and conflict resolution
