Key Responsibilities Follow up with insurance companies and patients to obtain payment of accounts Utilize a 10 key calculator for processing payments Maintain accurate records of interactions and payments received Required Qualifications High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in insurance collections Proficient in managed care terminology and reimbursement Microsoft experience preferred Ability to operate a 10 key calculator
