Integrated Logistics Support Engineer

Join the Rotary and Mission Systems team as an Integrated Logistics Support Engineer. This senior role focuses on logistics analysis and support for military programs across land, air, and sea.

We are looking for an experienced Sustainment Engineer with over ten years in the field to lead ILS analysis. You will collaborate with technical teams and key stakeholders to deliver tailored Supportability solutions. A broad understanding of ILS and project management will be essential in ensuring the success of various programs and their long-term support.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead ILS analysis and logistics strategy initiatives • Collaborate with the technical team and stakeholders • Ensure solutions meet customer specifications and requirements • Oversee the entire lifecycle of military programs • Provide cost-effective solutions during design and sustainment phases

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent experience • 10+ years of relevant professional experience • 4+ years leading major technical programs • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ILS tools • Ability to secure NATO SECRET Security Clearance
