As part of the Kearl Technical Department, your responsibilities will involve coordinating production activities at the mine and plant. You will work closely with various teams to manage and optimize ore feed while making real-time evaluations to adapt to operational changes. Fly-in/fly-out travel arrangements are available for this role, which operates on a 14-on, 14-off shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities: • Uphold safety standards in daily operations • Coordinate production planning meetings • Communicate production goals with team members • Manage issues related to production events • Compile daily surveillance production reports
