<p><strong>Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Retail Product, Content & Analytics</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p><p>The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will support digital transformation initiatives by bridging <strong>Product, Merchandising, Content, and Technology teams</strong>. This role requires strong <strong>retail domain expertise</strong>, a <strong>product‑centric mindset</strong>, and hands‑on <strong>Power BI analytics experience</strong> to enable insight‑driven decision making across <strong>assortment, pricing, inventory, and product content</strong>.</p><p>The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring <strong>high‑quality, trusted product and content data</strong> flows seamlessly across <strong>enterprise systems, digital channels, and analytical platforms</strong>, supporting both in‑store and omnichannel experiences.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Retail Product & Business Analysis</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with <strong>Product Management, Merchandising, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Digital teams</strong> to understand retail strategies, product objectives, and operational needs.</li><li>Translate business and product needs into <strong>clear functional, data, and reporting requirements</strong>, including user stories and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Support initiatives across the <strong>product lifecycle</strong>, including assortment planning, SKU onboarding, pricing and promotion changes, and product rationalization.</li><li>Analyze impacts of changes across <strong>core retail, digital, and analytics ecosystems</strong>, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Product Content Management (PCM / PIM)</strong></p><ul><li>Support product content management capabilities including <strong>product attributes, hierarchy, digital content, and enrichment processes</strong>.</li><li>Work with business and technology teams to define requirements for <strong>product data consistency and completeness</strong> across systems such as <strong>PIM/PCM platforms, and downstream analytical systems</strong>.</li><li>Ensure alignment of <strong>product content definitions, hierarchies, and metadata</strong> to support search, browse, and reporting use cases.</li><li>Partner with data and digital teams to improve <strong>product content quality, governance, and lifecycle controls</strong>.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Analytics & Power BI</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain <strong>Power BI dashboards and reports</strong> focused on product performance, sales, margin, inventory, and content completeness.</li><li>Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to define <strong>KPIs, metrics, and semantic models</strong>.</li><li>Deliver <strong>executive‑ready insights</strong> for senior leadership, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable outcomes.</li><li>Enable <strong>self‑service analytics</strong> through effective documentation, metric definitions, and report enablement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Stakeholder & Delivery Management</strong></p><ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders by <strong>challenging assumptions, identifying gaps, and proposing practical, data‑driven solutions</strong>.</li><li>Facilitate workshops and working sessions to align on <strong>product, content, and analytics requirements</strong>.</li><li>Ensure adherence to <strong>data quality, governance, security, and non‑functional requirements</strong> across solutions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of experience as a <strong>Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst</strong> within a <strong>retail or consumer‑facing enterprise environment</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>retail product domains</strong>, including assortment, pricing, promotions, inventory, and product hierarchies.</li><li>Demonstrated experience supporting <strong>Product Content Management (PCM / PIM)</strong> or product data capabilities.</li><li>Proven <strong>hands‑on Power BI expertise</strong>, including:</li><li>Dashboard and report development</li><li>Data modeling and DAX</li><li>Strong ability to translate complex business needs into <strong>functional, data, and analytics requirements</strong>.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging <strong>cross‑functional teams and senior
