Role Details
Location: Ontario or Quebec
Employment Type- Contract/ Full-time, Remote (occasional onsite vendor meetings)
Reports To: Directly to the Procurement Manager and General Manager
License Requirement: Must possess a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
Position Overview
We are seeking a Purchase Specialist to manage the sourcing and procurement of new vehicles for our B2B sales operations. This role requires strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to process and documentation. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely vehicle purchases.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle purchasing, automotive sourcing, or a related B2B environment.
- Must hold a valid **Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) license
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems used in purchasing or sales operations.
- Familiarity with vehicles ordering platforms and Canadian new vehicle procurement is an asset.
- Proven ability to manage detailed documentation and follow structured processes.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

English — fluent (spoken and written); required for all external and internal communication.

French — an additional asset, especially for working within bilingual provinces in Canada.
