The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team at our Toronto office. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping the social media marketing strategy for event success and amplifying IndustryNow’s influence in the industry. Initially, this role will focus on establishing and managing our social media campaigns to boost awareness of our events, and will evolve to include elevating overall brand visibility. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Lead Data Organization: Manage and analyze both inbound and outbound data</li><li>Time Management: Effectively prioritize tasks to meet tight campaign and event deadlines</li><li>Content Creation: Build brand awareness and highlight event offerings through engaging LinkedIn and Instagram content, and lead generation campaigns</li><li>Manage Content Calendar: Effectively manage and maintain content calendar across all events within portfolio</li><li>Effective Copywriting: Draft captivating emails, landing pages, and social posts that drive engagement and registrations</li><li>Lead Generation & Expansion: Develop strategies to continuously grow the lead database and re-engage past attendees and sponsors</li><li>Engagement via Omni-Channel Marketing: Implement coordinated marketing efforts across email, social media, and digital ads to drive attendance</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field</li><li>1+ years of experience in a marketing-related role</li><li>Self-Motivation: A self-motivated and results-driven approach is key to thriving in this role.
